Waiting Approval

Everytime you try to post or answer you have to wait for approval. Makes it a little hard to have a good forum talk when you need approval and it takes more than three days for it to transpire.

Everyone's first post is put in a moderation queue, for protection against spammers. After your first post is approved, you can post freely, without requiring approval. Hope that helps to clarify our policy, and thank you for participating on Workscape.
