Please join us on May 31st, 2011 in a panel discussion on the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
We are pleased to announce the confirmed speakers for this ACE event. The speakers are experienced experts in AODA, and together, will bring attendees a unique discussion regarding the AODA.
The Ontario government has passed the AODA act on June 13, 2005. The act requires both private and public sectors in Ontario to develop, implement and enforce mandatory accessibility standards. The AODA is made up of five standards, and the deadline for compliance with the first standards is fast approaching! Join us in this ACE event to learn more about the ADOA and how it will be applicable to ergonomists.
Date: Tuesday, May 31st, 9:00am – 11:30am
Location: The Global Group Centre, Downsview, Ontario, M3J 2J7
Cost: FREE. All are welcome.
The Global Group have offered to provide a tour of their show room after the panel discussion. If you are interested in the tour, please indicate that on your RSVP.
