2009 Buffett & Company National Wellness Survey

The Tri-Annual National Wellness Survey is an analysis of the status of worksite wellness in Canada. Since its inception in 1996, more than 1800 organizations from across the country have participated. The survey has assisted many in their efforts to make the business case for wellness programs.
We invite you to take a moment and contribute to Canadian worksite wellness statistics. In return, Buffett & Company will provide you with a complimentary copy of the survey report in June 2009.

The deadline date for survey responses is Friday, March 6, 2009. Buffett & Company is offering an early bird prize of $250 for Shoppers Drug Mart. Survey responses must be submitted by December 3, 2008 to be eligible.
