Please take note of the following if you are planning to register as a new member:
* You will receive an email in your Inbox after you submit your registration. You MUST follow the link in that email before you can post on these forums. Until you do that, you will be told that you do not have permission to post.
* After you follow the link in your email, your account will be submitted for approval by an administrator, who will activate your account. You will be notified by email when this happens.
* You will not be allowed to post until your account is approved and activated by an administrator.
Please take note of the following if you are an approved member and have not yet posted:
* Your first posts will be put in a moderation queue for approval by an administrator. They will not appear instantly.
* After an administrator verifies your post (to ensure that it is not SPAM and that it is legitimate), it will appear on the Workscape board.
* This process is used on your first few posts - after a certain number you will be allowed to bypass this moderation queue.
* There are other restrictions associated with this initial status, such as custom avatar, custom profile photo, and private messaging permissions. These restrictions will also be lifted once you have posted a few times.
