The Casman Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor to join their team in Fort McMurray.
Reporting to the HSE Site Lead, the HSE Advisor has the primary on-site role in facilitating the safe performance of work. The aim of this role is to utilize professional judgment in assessing risk, reviewing risk, reviewing work practices, and determining the best practice to achieve compliance with regulatory standards.
In order to succeed in this role, completion of National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) training or equivalent is required. Having a professional safety designation along with industrial scaffolding, or insulation experience would be an asset.
You will have industrial construction experience and have a good working knowledge of the concepts and principles of quality, health and safety, and environment. The successful candidate will have a willingness to accept and understand the desired policies and procedures of the Casman Group of Companies.
