What is the Alberta standard regarding fence height around an electrical sub station?

I am working on a remote site in Alberta. The constructor is U.S. based. Our spec for fencing around an electrical sub station calls for 6' chainlink with a barbwire top. This top may bring us to the 7' mark.
Does anyone have information on the standard or code for this application. I have been told that the standard was changed to 7' height.
Can anyone help me on this one?
