My name is Richard Murphy.
I am a recent honors graduate of Occupational Health and Safety, and attended Red River College in Winnipeg,Manitoba.
I was employed with the W.C.B. as a "Safe on Site" representative, working under the guidance of the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba. This is a internship that ends in October 2010.

My priority was to find employment with a Company that is a good fit. Prior to school, I have been working in Manitoba in the summer, and have spent winters in Alberta for the last seven years.

I have had the “good fortune” of procuring employment with the same Company each winter, having gained practical experience working for their Pipeline Division, and Management experience working for their Civil Mining and Infrastructure Division. My personal preference is to stay within the construction sector, where I will be of the most benefit.

I have good interpersonal skills, learn quickly, and enjoy mentoring and training, and would consider working for any Company in the process of developing an OH&S program .

Currently I hold all the pre-requisite education and accredation , minus formal audit documentation, towards writing my C.S.O.,N.C.S.O. and C.R.S.P. designations.

A formal resume and references can be provided on request.
