Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act: S.C. 2009, c. 21, s. 21 is now in force replacing s. 2.1 of the Act regarding inconsistencies with the Marine Liability Act and how provisions of that act prevail.
Nunavut Waters and Nunavut Surface Rights Tribunal Act: S.C. 2009, c. 21 is now in force amending subsections 152(3) and 154(2) which reference definitions from the Marine Liability Act.

Oil and Gas Conservation Amendment Regulation (Oil and Gas Conservation Act): Alta. Reg.
7/2010 amends s. 16.510(b) and replaces subsection 16.530(1) regarding calculation of the
orphan fund levy.
Storage Tank System Management Regulation (Government Organization Act): Alta. Reg. 343/2009 replaces the definitions of "Alberta Fire Code" and "Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Coordinator" and adds the definition of "permit". S. 2 regarding delegation of powers, duties and functions is replaced and s. 9 is repealed. Ss. 4(1)(d), 7(2)(f) and 10 are amended.

Fort St. John Pilot Project Regulation (Forest and Range Practices Act): B.C. Reg. 12/2010 adds the definition of "holder of a minor timber sale licence" and replaces the definition of "minor timber sale licence". Paragraph 3(1)(h) is repealed, subsection 3(5) is replaced, s. 39.1 regarding the extension of term of sustainable forest management plan is added. Further amendments reflecting these changes are made.
Motor Vehicle Act Regulations (Motor Vehicle Act): B.C. Reg. 9/2010 replaces s. 10.02 and amends subsection 10.03(1) and paragraph 10.08(3)(b), striking out references to the Motor Carrier Act. S. 39.03 is amended by adding subsection (1.1) outlining exceptions regarding road
safety.

Act respecting medical laboratories, organ, tissue, gamete and embryo conservation, and the disposal of human bodies: S.Q. 2009, c. 29, subsections 20(2) and 22(1), are now in force amending the second paragraph of s. 30.2 and the first paragraph of s. 30.5. S.Q. 2009, c. 43, ss. 6 and 7 are now in force amending ss. 38 and 69. S.Q. 2009, c. 45, s. 7 is now in force repealing Division IV.1 of the Act (Government Plan of Action to Protect the Population from the West
Nile Virus).
Mining Act: S.Q. 1998, c. 24, remaining sections are now in force making changes to the mineral exploration licences and leases that may be granted under the Act and phasing out the ground-staking method for obtaining mineral claims.

S.Q. 2009, c. 45, s. 7 is now in force repealing Division IV.1 of the Act (Government Plan of Action to Protect the Population from the West
Nile Virus).
Mining Act: S.Q. 1998, c. 24, remaining sections are now in force making changes to the mineral exploration licences and leases that may be granted under the Act and phasing out the ground-staking method for obtaining mineral claims.
REGULATIONS
Regulation respecting halocarbons (Environment Quality Act): O.C. 1347-2009 adds a paragraph to s. 39 stipulating that the prohibition on the sale or distribution of foam or products only applies as of 1 July 2010.
Regulation respecting joint sector-based associations on occupational health and safety (Act respecting occupational health and safety): O.C. 448-2009 amends schedule A by adding subparagraphs 5(r) to (u) and repealing paragraph 14.
Regulation respecting off-highway vehicles (Act respecting off-highway vehicles): O.C. 936-2009 adds ss. 1.1, 1.2, 13.1, 24.1 and 28.1 and amends ss. 17, 20, 27 and signs in schedules 2-4.

Waste Electronic Equipment Regulations (Environmental Management and Protection Act, 2002): Sask. Reg. 110/2009 amends reporting period dates in subsections 8(1) and (2) and adds item 8 regarding personal or portable audio or video playback systems to table 1 of the appendix.

Occupational Health and Safety Act: S.Y. 2009, c. 21 amends the wording of subsection 45(1).
Environment Act: S.Y. 2009, c. 21 amends the wording "Minister of Community and Transportation Services" to "Minister of Community Services" in subsections 96(2), (3), (9) and 97(1).

Camp Sanitation Regulations (Public Health and Safety Act): O.I.C. 2009/187 replaces "Medical Health Officer" wherever it appears with "medical officer of health".
Drinking Water Regulation (Public Health and Safety Act): O.I.C. 2009/189 replaces the phrase "Medical Health Officer" with "medical officer of health" throughout the regulation.
