I am wondering what is the meaning of “WS” in WSIB.
Is it Workplace Silence and Insurance Board?
Is it Workplace Suffering and Insurance Board?
Is it Workplace Suicide and Insurance Board?
Is it Workplace Suppression and Insurance Board?
Is it Workplace Swerve and Insurance Board?
Unfortunately it does not stand for “Workplace Safety and Insurance Board”
Otherwise they would start investigating from the beginning if the workplace is actually a safe place to work and they would also verify if the company is safety compliant.
Instead, they (WSIB and Companies) investigate or in better word instigate in order to make you go through hell and they work very hard to make sure you don’t come back.
They make you dance to the limbo rock. “How low can you go”
