ACTS
Marine Liability Act: S.C. 2009, c. 21 remaining ss. are now in force replacing ss. 47 to 131 and
adding new schedules 5 to 8. Part 6 is amended to implement the Protocol of 2003 to the
International Convention on the Establishment of an International Fund for Compensation for Oil
Pollution Damage, 2001, as well as the International
Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001.

BRITISH COLUMBIA
ACTS
Carbon Tax Act: S.B.C. 2009, c. 14 amends subsection 1(1), sections 23 and 56, and Schedule 1.
Subsections 16(2.1)-(2.2), and 24(1.1) and (2.1) are added. Subsection 30(3) is replaced.
Forest Act: S.B.C. 2007, c. 18 adds s. 35.2 and amends s. 151 regarding management plans for
tree farm licences. Further amendments are made to reflect these changes. S.B.C. 2009, c. 34
replaces s. 106 and subsections 128(2) and 151.3(4). S. 8 is amended.
Foresters Act: S.B.C. 2009, c. 20 replaces s. 14 regarding registration in the Association of BC
Forest Professionals.
Forestry Revitalization Act: S.B.C. 2009, c. 34 amends s. 3(5)(a) and adds subsection 6(4.1)
regarding tree farm licences. .
Greenhouse Gas Reduction (Cap and Trade) Act: B.C. Reg. 272/2009 brings ss. 1, 4, 22, 23(2) -
(6), 24 - 26, 28, 35 - 39 and 43 - 46 into force.
Motor Vehicle Act: S.B.C. 2009, c. 23 amends s. 25 and adds Part 3.1 regarding the use of
electronic devices while driving.
Protected Areas of British Columbia Act: S.B.C. 2008, c. 26 amends Sched. E by establishing
new conservancies. B.C. Reg. 85/2009 renames Sea to Sky Conservancy 1 and Sea to Sky
Conservancy 2. S.B.C. 2009, c. 19 adds a description for Det San Ecological reserve to Sched. A,
replaces the descriptions of Cape Scott Park and Naikoon Park and adding the description of
Truman Dagnus Locheen Park in Sched. C. Sched. D is amended by replacing the description of
Enderby Cliffs Park, Sched. E. is amended by adding several conservancies and replacing the
description of the Duu Guusd Conservancy, and Sched. F is amended by adding a description for
the Tlall Conservancy.
Protected Areas Forests Compensation Act: S.B.C. 2009, c. 19 amends Item 147 of the Schedule.
Wildlife Act: S.B.C. 2009, c. 20 replaces ss. 51(1) and 54(1) regarding the issuing of guide
outfitter and assistant guide licences respectively.
Workers' Compensation Act: B.C. Reg. 180/2009 amends various dollar amounts in accordance
with C.P.I. adjustments. B.C. Reg. 315/2009 further amends these dollar amounts.
REGULATIONS
British Columbia Building Code Regulation (Local Government Act): B.C. Reg. 221/2009 adds a
definition for "Adaptable dwelling unit", amends sentence 3.8.2.27.(3) of division B and adds
subsection 3.8.5 regarding adaptable dwelling units. B.C. Reg. 322/3009 adds sentences
4.1.8.16.(8) and 9.4.4.4.(2).
Carbon Neutral Government Regulation (Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets Act): B.C. Reg.
272/2009 replaces subsection 4(3) and amends the Schedule.
Carbon Tax Regulation (Carbon Tax Act): B.C. Reg. 200/2009 makes several amendments
regarding the date of carbon tax payments, replaces paragraph 5(2)(a) and replaces subsections
(2) and (3) of ss. 17 and 26. B.C. Reg. 258/2009 replaces the definition of "interjurisdictional air
service" and replaces ss. 18 and 18.1 regarding exemptions for interjurisdictional flights, and ss.
27 and 27.1 regarding refunds for interjurisdictional flights. Further amendments are made to
reflect these changes. S. 29 regarding refunds for commercial marine services is replaced. B.C.
Reg. 259/2009 adds paragraph 41.8(1)(c), subsections 41.8(1.1) and 41.8(1.2) and paragraph
41.8(4)(c) regarding appeals. B.C. Reg. 293/2009 repeals Item 1 from the Tables to ss. 17 and 26.
B.C. Reg. 294/2009 adds a definition for "industrial oil" and makes several other amendments
reflecting this change.
Commercial Transport Regulations (Commercial Transport Act): B.C. Reg. 97/2009 amends ss.
6.02 and 6.04. B.C. Reg. 206/2009 amends s. 7.11.
Contaminated Sites Regulation (Environmental Management Act): Erratum Vol. 52, no. 16
corrects amendments to Schedule 10 made by B.C. Reg. 343/2008.
Electrical Safety Regulation (Safety Standards Act): B.C. Reg. 186/2009 amends the Schedule by
repealing ss. 1(b) to (d) and (f) to (i) and adding s. 1(f.1).
Forest Planning and Practices Regulation (Forest and Range Practices Act): B.C. Reg. 106/2009
adds s. 19.2 regarding forest stewardship plans and s. 45.2 regarding exemptions respecting free
growing stands. S. 46 is also amended. B.C. Reg. 240/2009 replaces the definitions of "result"
and "strategy", adding subsection 12.3(7.1) regarding conditional exemptions and making several
other amendments.
Industrial Camps Health Regulation (Public Health Act): B.C. Reg. 246/2009 replaces the
definition of "short term camp".
Motor Vehicle Act Regulations (Motor Vehicle Act): B.C. Reg. 308/2009, Sch. 2 repeals s. 7.18
regarding television sets, adds s. 30.072 regarding restrictions on the use of electronic devices
while driving, and makes other amendments reflecting these changes. Sch. 3 amends Table 2 of
the Schedule to s. 28.01 by adding "Emailing or texting while driving" to the list of offences.
Municipal Sewage Regulation (Environmental Management Act): B.C. Reg. 252/2009 amends s.
2 regarding exemptions and repeals subsections 3(4), (5) and (6) regarding registration for
exemptions.
Passenger Transportation Regulation (Passenger Transportation Act): B.C. Reg. 217/2009 adds
Part 8.1 - Special Rules Concerning the Olympic/Paralympic Games.
Provincial Forest Use Regulation (Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act): B.C. Reg.
281/2009 adds paragraphs (l) and (m) to s. 3 (Primary uses authorized under the Land Act) and
adds paragraph (l) to s. 7 (Uses of a Provincial forest authorized by a special use permit).
Recycling Regulation (Environmental Management Act): B.C. Reg. 296/2009 amends s. 2
regarding the duty of producers and adds subsection 9(4). Several sections are added to Schedule
2 regarding residual product categories and Schedule 3 regarding electronic and electrical
product categories.
Sewerage System Regulation (Public Health Act): B.C. Reg. 231/2009 amends s. 7 referencing
the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia.
Water Regulation (Water Act): B.C. Reg. 195/2009 replaces the definition for "residential",
amends ss. 23.1 and 23.2 and Schedule A.
MANITOBA
ACTS
Environment Act: S.M. 2009, c. 25 adds definitions for "adverse effect", "greenhouse gas",
"person responsible for a pollutant", and "release". Several amendments are made resulting in
pre-emptive protective orders, more stringent pollutant release prohibition, mandatory reporting
of certain discharges, mandatory consideration of greenhouse gas emissions, increased
involvement of the public in the permitting process and a ministerial override of the approval
process.
REGULATIONS
Interest on Over-Assessment Regulation (Workers Compensation Act): Man. Reg. 202/2009
amends s. 1 regarding interest on over-assessment.
Livestock Manure and Mortalities Management Regulation (Environment Act): Man. Reg.
172/2009 amends the regulation by banning winter application of manure and composted
mortalities on all farms by 2013, requiring that hog farms register annual manure management
plans and setting a minimum manure storage capacity.
Onsite Wastewater Management Systems Regulation (Environment Act): Man. Reg. 156/2009
adds definitions for " provincial park", "secondary treatment system" and "wastewater collection
system". Ss. 1.1 and 6.1 regarding the Red River Corridor Designated Area and s. 6.2 regarding
restriction on disposal fields are added. Ss. 8.1 to 8.3 regarding the requirements to connect to
wastewater collection systems are added. Ss. 14.1, 14.2 regarding sewage ejector systems are
added, as well as s. 23.1 regarding out-of-service systems. Schedule B is repealed and Schedule I
regarding decommissioning out-of-service systems is added.
Steam and Pressure Plants Regulation (The Steam and Pressure Plants Act): Man. Reg. 228/2009
amends the fees outlined in ss. 22 - 24, 27 - 29, 30.1 and 31. The Schedule is replaced.
NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR
REGULATIONS
Amusement Rides and Elevating Device Regulations (Public Safety Act): N.L.R. 82/09 replaces
subsection 4(1) regarding applicable codes.
Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Compressed Gas Regulations (Public Safety Act): N.L.R. 83/09
replaces ss. 4 and 61 and paragraphs 83(a) and 86(2)(b) regarding codes and standards.
Heating Oil Storage Tank System Regulations, 2003 (Environmental Protection Act): N.L.R.
108/09 adds a definition for "Lavrador Inuit Settlement Area" further amendments are made to
reflect this addition.
Offshore Certificate of Fitness Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations (Canada-Newfoundland
and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act): N.L.R. 121/09
replaces the definition of "certifying authority", replaces s. 4 regarding issuance of certificates of
fitness. Paragraph 6(2)(a), subsections 7(1)-(2), subparagraphs 9(1)(a)(i)-(ii) are also replaced.
The Schedule, consisting of Certification Standards, is replaced. Subparagraphs 6(2)(b)(vii)-(viii)
are added.
Offshore Petroleum Installations Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations
(Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and
Labrador Act): N.L.R. 122/09 replaces paragraph 14(1)(c) and subsection 63(1) regarding
manuals, plans and programs for installations.
Pesticide Control Regulations, 2003 (Environmental Protection Act): N.L.R. 49/07 amends
subsection 7(2) regarding vendors' licences.
Vehicles Regulations, 2001 (Highway Traffic Act): N.L.R. 112/09 makes several amendments to
s. 17 (Transitional).
NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATIONS
General Regulation (Mining Act): N.B. Reg. 2009-108 amends s. 9 and adds Part X "New
Brunswick Mineral and Petroleum Grid" (ss. 52.2 to 52.6) regarding the determination of
locations of mineral claims.
Standards Regulation (Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act): N.B. Reg. 2009-86 amends schedules A
and B to update references to standards.

Beverage Container Regulations (Waste Reduction and Recovery Act): R-001-2010 amends the

Ontario Water Resources Act: S.O. 2009, c. 33, Sch. 2 is now in force replacing s. 9 (Appeal
from Tribunal decision) and adding ss. 9.1 (No appeal to Lieutenant Governor in Council) and
74.1 (No petition to Lieutenant Governor in Council). Further amendments are made to reflect
these changes.
Personal Health Information Protection Act: S.O. 2009, c. 33, Sch. 18 amends s. 3, replaces
subsections 4(3) (Mixed Records), and amends ss. 39 and 52.
Pesticides Act: S.O. 2009, c. 33 amends s. 16, replaces subsection 7.1(3) (Requirements related
to excepted uses), adds paragraph 49. to subsection 35(1), adds subsections (3) and (4) to s. 36
regarding amendments and replaces s. 48. (Limitation).
Planning Act: S.O. 2009, c. 33 repeals s. 64 regarding exceptions, replaces subsection 53(26)
regarding consents, and makes several other minor amendments.
Professional Foresters Act: S.O. 2009, c. 33 adds subsection 24(2.1) regarding concurrent notice,
replacing subsections 25(1) and 27(1), and adding paragraphs 25.1 to 25.3 to subsection 53(1)

Professional Geoscientists Act, 2000: S.O. 2009, c. 33 amends the definition of "Minister".
Provincial Offences Act: S.O. 2009, c. 33, Sch. 4 makes extensive amendments regarding court

Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2009: S.O. 2009, c. 33 replaces the definition
of "officer", adds subsections 12(1.1) and (1.2) regarding administrative personnel and amends s.

Public Hospitals Act: S.O. 2009, c. 33 repeals ss. 19, 22 and 23 regarding the admission of
chronically ill persons, custodial care and facilities for students, respectively.

Weed Control Act: S.O. 2009, c. 33 amends the definition of "Minister" and ss. 13 and 18.

REGULATIONS
Air Pollution - Local Air Quality (Environmental Protection Act): O. Reg. 516/07 replaces Item
63 of Schedule 2 and Item 55 of Schedule 3 regarding Lead and Lead Compounds. O. Reg.
507/09 amends the Regulation by introducing a Ministry publication entitled "Technical
Standards to Manage Air Pollution". New air standards for Acrolein are introduced. Further
amendments are made to reflect these changes.
Electricity Projects (Environmental Assessment Act): O. Reg. 360/09 adds subsection 2(2)
regarding renewable energy generation facilities and adds ss. 4.1 and 4.2 regarding undertakings
by public bodies or municipalities. Further amendments are made to reflect these changes.
General (Pesticides Act): O. Reg. 63/09 amends the Table to s. 98. O. Reg. 279/09 amends the
Table to s. 98.
Propane Storage and Handling (Technical Standards and Safety Act): O. Reg. 440/08 is in force
adding subsections 13(3) regarding no operation or transportation without a licence and 30(9)
regarding renewals of registration/licences.
Provincial Parks: General Provisions (Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act): O. Reg.
422/09 amends s. 33 regarding the landing of aircraft in provincial parks.
Records of Site Condition - Part XV.1 of the Act (Environmental Protection Act): O. Reg.
511/09 amends subsections 1(3) and 42(2), replaces s. 21 (Soil Management) and subsection
49(2), adds subsection 48(2.1) and repeals s. 55 (Commencement).
Schools, Private Schools and Day Nurseries (Safe Drinking Water Act): O. Reg. 417/09 makes
several amendments to the regulations that allow relevant institutions that flush plumbing daily
to flush plumbing on a weekly basis if they meet the necessary criteria. The amendments also
allow these institutions to reduce their lead sampling frequency from an annual basis to once
every three years if they meet the necessary criteria. Exceptions to these adjustments are included
in the amendments.
PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND
ACTS
Highway Traffic Act: S.P.E.I. 2008, c. 8 amends subsection 92.1(1) regarding the definition of
"immediate family member". S.P.E.I. 2009, c. 9 adds s. 291.1 regarding hand-held devices -
holding or use prohibited while driving and amends the Schedule to reference this section.
REGULATIONS
Code for Plumbing Services (Environmental Protection Act): EC2009-550 replaces ss. 4 and 5,
repeals ss. 6-8.1 and the Schedule, and amends Schedule B.
Elevators and Lifts Act Regulations (Elevators and Lifts Act): EC2009-529 amends the
inspection fees set out in s. 286.
Sewage Disposal Systems Regulations (Environmental Protection Act): EC2009-551 replaces the
definitions for "authority having jurisdiction" and "septage holding facility", adds s. 23.1
regarding disposal of septage and adds Schedule F.
Watercourse and Wetland Protection Regulations (Environmental Protection Act): EC2009-553
adds subsection (4) to s. 2 regarding exceptions to prohibitions.
SASKATCHEWAN
ACTS
Traffic Safety Act: S.S. 2009, c. 35, s. 11 (in force Jan. 1, 2010) add s. 241.1 "Hand-held
electronic communications equipment prohibited" regarding cellular phones and driving.
Subsection 12(c) (in force Jan. 31, 2010), adds clause bbbb.1 to subsection 287(1) of the Act.

Motor Vehicle Act: S.B.C. 2009, c. 23 amends s. 25 and adds Part 3.1 regarding the use of

Protected Areas of British Columbia Act: S.B.C. 2008, c. 26 amends Sched. E by establishing
new conservancies. B.C. Reg. 85/2009 renames Sea to Sky Conservancy 1 and Sea to Sky
Conservancy 2. S.B.C. 2009, c. 19 adds a description for Det San Ecological reserve to Sched. A,
replaces the descriptions of Cape Scott Park and Naikoon Park and adding the description of
Truman Dagnus Locheen Park in Sched. C. Sched. D is amended by replacing the description of
Enderby Cliffs Park, Sched. E. is amended by adding several conservancies and replacing the
description of the Duu Guusd Conservancy, and Sched. F is amended by adding a description for

Protected Areas Forests Compensation Act: S.B.C. 2009, c. 19 amends Item 147 of the Schedule.
Wildlife Act: S.B.C. 2009, c. 20 replaces ss. 51(1) and 54(1) regarding the issuing of guide
outfitter and assistant guide licences respectively.
Workers' Compensation Act: B.C. Reg. 180/2009 amends various dollar amounts in accordance
with C.P.I. adjustments. B.C. Reg. 315/2009 further amends these dollar amounts.

British Columbia Building Code Regulation (Local Government Act): B.C. Reg. 221/2009 adds a
definition for "Adaptable dwelling unit", amends sentence 3.8.2.27.(3) of division B and adds
subsection 3.8.5 regarding adaptable dwelling units. B.C. Reg. 322/3009 adds sentences
4.1.8.16.(8) and 9.4.4.4.(2).
Carbon Neutral Government Regulation (Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets Act): B.C. Reg.
272/2009 replaces subsection 4(3) and amends the Schedule.
Carbon Tax Regulation (Carbon Tax Act): B.C. Reg. 200/2009 makes several amendments
regarding the date of carbon tax payments, replaces paragraph 5(2)(a) and replaces subsections
(2) and (3) of ss. 17 and 26. B.C. Reg. 258/2009 replaces the definition of "interjurisdictional air
service" and replaces ss. 18 and 18.1 regarding exemptions for interjurisdictional flights, and ss.
27 and 27.1 regarding refunds for interjurisdictional flights. Further amendments are made to
reflect these changes. S. 29 regarding refunds for commercial marine services is replaced. B.C.
Reg. 259/2009 adds paragraph 41.8(1)(c), subsections 41.8(1.1) and 41.8(1.2) and paragraph
41.8(4)(c) regarding appeals. B.C. Reg. 293/2009 repeals Item 1 from the Tables to ss. 17 and 26.
B.C. Reg. 294/2009 adds a definition for "industrial oil" and makes several other amendments
reflecting this change.
Commercial Transport Regulations (Commercial Transport Act): B.C. Reg. 97/2009 amends ss.
6.02 and 6.04. B.C. Reg. 206/2009 amends s. 7.11.
Contaminated Sites Regulation (Environmental Management Act): Erratum Vol. 52, no. 16
corrects amendments to Schedule 10 made by B.C. Reg. 343/2008.
Electrical Safety Regulation (Safety Standards Act): B.C. Reg. 186/2009 amends the Schedule by
repealing ss. 1(b) to (d) and (f) to (i) and adding s. 1(f.1).
Forest Planning and Practices Regulation (Forest and Range Practices Act): B.C. Reg. 106/2009
adds s. 19.2 regarding forest stewardship plans and s. 45.2 regarding exemptions respecting free
growing stands. S. 46 is also amended. B.C. Reg. 240/2009 replaces the definitions of "result"
and "strategy", adding subsection 12.3(7.1) regarding conditional exemptions and making several
other amendments.
Industrial Camps Health Regulation (Public Health Act): B.C. Reg. 246/2009 replaces the
definition of "short term camp".
Motor Vehicle Act Regulations (Motor Vehicle Act): B.C. Reg. 308/2009, Sch. 2 repeals s. 7.18
regarding television sets, adds s. 30.072 regarding restrictions on the use of electronic devices
while driving, and makes other amendments reflecting these changes. Sch. 3 amends Table 2 of
the Schedule to s. 28.01 by adding "Emailing or texting while driving" to the list of offences.
Municipal Sewage Regulation (Environmental Management Act): B.C. Reg. 252/2009 amends s.
2 regarding exemptions and repeals subsections 3(4), (5) and (6) regarding registration for
exemptions.
Passenger Transportation Regulation (Passenger Transportation Act): B.C. Reg. 217/2009 adds
Part 8.1 - Special Rules Concerning the Olympic/Paralympic Games.
Provincial Forest Use Regulation (Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act): B.C. Reg.
281/2009 adds paragraphs (l) and (m) to s. 3 (Primary uses authorized under the Land Act) and
adds paragraph (l) to s. 7 (Uses of a Provincial forest authorized by a special use permit).
Recycling Regulation (Environmental Management Act): B.C. Reg. 296/2009 amends s. 2
regarding the duty of producers and adds subsection 9(4). Several sections are added to Schedule
2 regarding residual product categories and Schedule 3 regarding electronic and electrical
product categories.
Sewerage System Regulation (Public Health Act): B.C. Reg. 231/2009 amends s. 7 referencing
the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia.
Water Regulation (Water Act): B.C. Reg. 195/2009 replaces the definition for "residential",
amends ss. 23.1 and 23.2 and Schedule A.
MANITOBA
ACTS
Environment Act: S.M. 2009, c. 25 adds definitions for "adverse effect", "greenhouse gas",
"person responsible for a pollutant", and "release". Several amendments are made resulting in
pre-emptive protective orders, more stringent pollutant release prohibition, mandatory reporting
of certain discharges, mandatory consideration of greenhouse gas emissions, increased
involvement of the public in the permitting process and a ministerial override of the approval
process.
REGULATIONS
Interest on Over-Assessment Regulation (Workers Compensation Act): Man. Reg. 202/2009
amends s. 1 regarding interest on over-assessment.
Livestock Manure and Mortalities Management Regulation (Environment Act): Man. Reg.
172/2009 amends the regulation by banning winter application of manure and composted
mortalities on all farms by 2013, requiring that hog farms register annual manure management
plans and setting a minimum manure storage capacity.
Onsite Wastewater Management Systems Regulation (Environment Act): Man. Reg. 156/2009
adds definitions for " provincial park", "secondary treatment system" and "wastewater collection
system". Ss. 1.1 and 6.1 regarding the Red River Corridor Designated Area and s. 6.2 regarding
restriction on disposal fields are added. Ss. 8.1 to 8.3 regarding the requirements to connect to
wastewater collection systems are added. Ss. 14.1, 14.2 regarding sewage ejector systems are
added, as well as s. 23.1 regarding out-of-service systems. Schedule B is repealed and Schedule I
regarding decommissioning out-of-service systems is added.
Steam and Pressure Plants Regulation (The Steam and Pressure Plants Act): Man. Reg. 228/2009
amends the fees outlined in ss. 22 - 24, 27 - 29, 30.1 and 31. The Schedule is replaced.

replaces ss. 4 and 61 and paragraphs 83(a) and 86(2)(b) regarding codes and standards.
Heating Oil Storage Tank System Regulations, 2003 (Environmental Protection Act): N.L.R.
108/09 adds a definition for "Lavrador Inuit Settlement Area" further amendments are made to
reflect this addition.
Offshore Certificate of Fitness Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations (Canada-Newfoundland
and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act): N.L.R. 121/09
replaces the definition of "certifying authority", replaces s. 4 regarding issuance of certificates of
fitness. Paragraph 6(2)(a), subsections 7(1)-(2), subparagraphs 9(1)(a)(i)-(ii) are also replaced.
The Schedule, consisting of Certification Standards, is replaced. Subparagraphs 6(2)(b)(vii)-(viii)
are added.
Offshore Petroleum Installations Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations
(Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and
Labrador Act): N.L.R. 122/09 replaces paragraph 14(1)(c) and subsection 63(1) regarding
manuals, plans and programs for installations.
Pesticide Control Regulations, 2003 (Environmental Protection Act): N.L.R. 49/07 amends
subsection 7(2) regarding vendors' licences.
Vehicles Regulations, 2001 (Highway Traffic Act): N.L.R. 112/09 makes several amendments to

Schools, Private Schools and Day Nurseries (Safe Drinking Water Act): O. Reg. 417/09 makes
several amendments to the regulations that allow relevant institutions that flush plumbing daily
to flush plumbing on a weekly basis if they meet the necessary criteria. The amendments also
allow these institutions to reduce their lead sampling frequency from an annual basis to once
every three years if they meet the necessary criteria. Exceptions to these adjustments are included
in the amendments.
PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND

Highway Traffic Act: S.P.E.I. 2008, c. 8 amends subsection 92.1(1) regarding the definition of
"immediate family member". S.P.E.I. 2009, c. 9 adds s. 291.1 regarding hand-held devices -
