Our client, a unit of a prestigious family of Canadian owned companies, has retainer our services to identify a Senior EHS professional for a Director level role to oversee their facilities across Canada.
The requirements are as follows:
- 10 years minimum of progressive experience with a current managerial
function in a manufacturing environment overseeing a strong and diverse
EHS portfolio.
- A proven track record of achievements as a leader and champion of EHS
responsibilities in a multiple facility/jurisdictional capacity.
- Exceptonal communication skills and reporting functions so as to
advise both Management and Executive Teams.
- A strong technical background in manufacturing, an Engineering or
Technology discipline is preferred with professional designation such
as P.Eng, CRSP, CSSE.
- Audit skills, equipment knowledge, machine guarding, lockout/tag-out
experience are mandatory.
- Confident skills to interact with operations personnel, to inspire, effect
change and continuous improvement with this important mandate.
Generous compensation incl. base salary, bonus, benefits and expenses are available based on current earnings.
