Ms. Capone has 30 years of experience working for WSIB and 10 years of experience working on behalf of employers as a WSIB Claim Specialist. Mr. Lacivita has 31 years of experience working for WSIB including Appeals Officer and 4 years of experience working on behalf of employers as an Appeals Specialist. Raffaela and Armando will be the guest speakers for the March 26, 2010 meeting. They will discuss the WSIB Appeal Process and the new service delivery model at the WSIB; group discussion is to follow.
