Hi all,
I realize that we are dealing with OHS on this board, but I have a somewhat related question concerning public health education (becoming a practitioner).
Is there any training that anyone knows of to get into the field of public health that is neither a Masters programme, (like at the University of Waterloo), or Ryerson's Bachelor's degree, or any of the other CIPHI stream programmes?
I would like to work in public health (currently teaching OHS). However, I don't have the funds to pursue the Bachelors and get my Inspector qualifications. I would have like to have become a health inspector, but beyond travelling back in time, I feel that it is not realistic.:(
Is there anything at the technician ortechnologist level one could take, if that makes sense, or could anybody suggest anything?
Thanks.
