REGULATIONS
Disposal at Sea Regulations (Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999): SOR/2009_256 amends the regulation by adding s. 8.1 regarding areas of the sea.
Domestic Substances List (Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999): SOR/2009_276 adds 13 substances to Part 1, amends the portion before paragraph (a) for 431_89_0 T_S in Part 2, and adds 15 substances to Part 3.
Federal Halocarbon Regulations, 2003 (Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999): SOR/2009_221 updates references to two ULC standards and aligns the English and French versions.
Migratory Birds Regulations (Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994): SOR/2009_190 amends Schedule I to change some hunting season dates for the 2009_2010 hunting season and to set daily bag limits and possession limits for migratory game birds. SOR/2009_255 amends s. 15 to relieve an unecessary burden on mobility_impaired hunters of migratory birds, in recognition of their need to have use of a motorized vehicle to move to a location from which they can hunt.

Wildlife Act: 2009, c. 33, subsections 8(a) and (c), ss. 14, 15(b), 17_27 and 30_32 are now in force adding definitions for "guiding area", "guiding territory" and "guiding territory certificate" and amending the definition of "person" in subsection 1(1). Amendments related to these definitions affect several sections.
