We are the parent company of a smaller company with only two permanent employees.

In the past, we have had employees who are paid by the parent company, and technically employed by it, work at the smaller company. There is now a possibility of one of these people working permanently at the smaller company.

How does this affect us from a WSIB standpoint? Do employees legally have to be paid by the company at which they work?
