Depends on the work really you are doing, but preferably I would not work in conditions over 80°F or 30°. Luckily im in no position to experience this :) But it would no doubt be stressful and reduce performance.

My working life started in the boiler rooms on 12 hour shifts. It didn't matter what season it was...it was always hot in the boiler room and steam tunnels. Am glad I continued with more education and other assignments and now can enjoy the a/c at the office...while looking out for those that have to work outside or in hot areas.
