:)

Hi

I am a mature student studying for an MSc in Environment Health and Safety with Sunderland University in the UK. I am just about to start my final research project on "the effectiveness of toolbox talks".

I am keen to keep a truly international perspective to this research, and was therefore wondering if any subscribers to this forum would be willing to complete a short research questionnaire in a few weeks time so that I get the Canadian viewpoint

It does not matter if your are not a toolbox talk user as " We do not use toolbox talks because....." is just as valid a response from a research point of view

If you can help please contact me via this forum or direct on Auguste.Riley@sunderland.ac.uk

I will of course (subject to university rules) share the research finding with those who participate

Regards

Gus

Hi

Those of you who where kind enough to offer to help with my research into the effectiveness of toolbox talks, should have already received an e- mail link to the on-line survey. If I missed anyone off my mailing list - my apologies.

If anyone else fancies completing the survey please go to:

http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&formkey=cGd0NWVRUFMxazNQMUFuNGZRZGtnVVE6MA..

It should only take about 15 minutes, but if you have any problems please contact me via

bf43eo@student.sunderland.ac.uk

Thanks

Gus

Hi & Thanks

Just to let everyone know that I got a total of 96 responses to the TBT survey from 18 countries, covering 16 industry sectors and 94% of whom used TBT. Including 13 replies from Canada

It will take me a little while to work my way through this data(especially as I start a new job tomorrow), but as soon as I can I will publish initial results

Many thanks to everyone for their support, comments and suggestions.

Gus
