No Smoking Policy

Hello everyone,

I need a no smoking policy for the office as staff keep smoking near one of our exits and in our company vans. Does any one have an existing policy in place for Alberta?

Anna,
This is a provincial requirement based on the smoke free workplaces act. I suggest reviewing the legislation and then wording your policy to state what the legislation says.
