Requirement for Dampers for CO2 Protected Room

I am looking for fire or building code requirements for electric ceiling dampers to close after the release of CO2 fire system (100lbs) in a non-occupied communications room.

The dampers are on the supply air to the room and the concern is the CO2 would vent to other occupied rooms.

You won't find anything specific to your question in either the building or fire code as they don't prescribe requirements for CO2 systems.
Try NFPA 12.
