It's invisible. It has no odour and you can't taste it. And even though this radioactive gas is virtually unnoticeable, radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer. If you live or work in a building that happens to be sitting on uranium-rich soil, there may be a risk of radon slowly seeping into the building.
